If you need to speak to a member of staff, there are several ways you can do this depending on what your concern or worry is.
To help you identify the staff member your require here is a list of our staffing structure.
Wellbeing
If you have any concerns regarding your child’s wellbeing, please speak to one of our learning mentors (Mrs Dewhirst or Mrs Kok) or the Headteacher. You can arrange this by:
- Speaking to one of the learning mentors in the morning at drop off or at pick up. You can find them on the playground.
- Telephoning the school and arranging a meeting
- Emailing admin@wavendongateschool.co.uk to arrange a meeting.
Medical forms or attendance
If you would like to speak to someone regarding medical information or attendance, the best person to contact is Mrs Dewhirst or the Headteacher.

School Work
Concern about school work please speak to the class teacher regarding this. You can arrange this by:
- If you speak to the member of staff that is on your child’s door in the morning or after school, they can pass a message on to the class teacher for you.

Behaviour
Concern regarding behaviour of your child or another child please speak to the Phase Leader, Assistant Headteacher or the Headteacher. You can arrange this by:

Anything else
You can talk to your child’s class teacher, learning mentor, or any member of the leadership team. You can do this by:
